CFDP Beach Day & Workout

CFDP Beach day (Galveston) – Jamaica Beach
– We will work out at the beach around 9am – come ready to get sandy and sweaty!
– After the WOD we will hang out at the beach
– Everyone needs a FUN SUMMER BEACH day, so come out and join us!
– If you can’t make it to the WOD just come when you can, we will be there all day
– If you need a family day, bring your tent, and set up near us so you can hang out with EVERYONE!
– Bring sunscreen, chairs, tents, food, drinks, games, etc.!
