If you are looking for a group setting to hold you accountable for improving your fitness level our CrossFit classes are the way to go. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, etc. The program works for everyone for people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. These classes will push you to improve while also allowing you to work at your own level/pace.
