Ages 6 & 7 – Tues/Thurs (8:00 – 8:45am) $80
*Focus on moving well and having some fun.
Ages 8 – 12 – MWF (10:30 – 11:30am) $100
*Continue to focus on moving well, having some fun and we will add specific drills that train strength and conditioning for sports.
Ages 13 – 17 – Tues/Thurs (10:30 – 12:00pm) $100
*Focus will be on training explosiveness, strength, power, speed, and movement mechanics and technique. We will teach them proper lifting practices as well, all of which will help them increase overall athletic abilities.
