If you're looking for a place to workout, learn good form, meet awesome people-this is it! Coaches are amazing and always watching your back, workouts are hard but great. You can totally notice how strong you get every week, 10 stars for this place!

I never thought I would join a gym and start fitness classes at the age of 70! However, that is exactly what happened last year as I joined the CrossFit Deer Park seniors class in March 2021. When I began coming to the gym, I had knee issues (wore knee braces frequently) and lower back issues. After a few months, the knee issues diminished (I don't wear knee braces anymore) and my lower back is stronger. To walk a mile 10 months ago took me 45 minutes and now I can walk it in 25 minutes. Through a combination of more nutritional eating and increased physical activity, I have lost about 50 lbs. I am in a much better place now, both physically and mentally. I give a lot of credit to the coaches and class members who are encouraging and supportive. The atmosphere at the gym is welcoming and family-like. It is a great place to just go and MOVE!
